Narrative puzzle experiences from Rotterdam

Our Creative Focus

What we build and why

Atmosphere Through Narrative

We craft puzzle games where story and mechanics intertwine. Every level, every interaction tells part of a larger narrative. Our focus is on creating atmospheric, meditative experiences that linger with players long after they finish.

We believe the best puzzle games are those where solving feels like uncovering a secret—where the environment itself becomes a character, and the puzzles reveal emotional truths.

Collaboration Scope

What we take on, what we don't

We Build

  • Indie narrative puzzle games
  • Experimental game prototypes
  • Atmospheric puzzle mechanics
  • Story-driven game design
  • Cross-platform development
  • Playtesting & iteration support

We Don't

  • Multiplayer competitive games
  • Casino or gambling mechanics
  • Licensed IP without rights
  • High-fidelity 3D AAA projects
  • Real-time action games
  • Blockchain/NFT integrations
"We partner with creators who share our belief that games are art. Transparency, iteration, and player-first design guide every decision we make."

From Concept to Playable

Our development pipeline

  • 1. Concept Sketch

We start with rapid ideation: visual mood boards, narrative outlines, and core mechanic sketches. This phase is fast and iterative.

  • 2. Design Document

A living document capturing game loop, level structure, narrative beats, and player progression. We refine this as prototyping reveals new insights.

  • 3. Prototype Build

Playable vertical slice with core mechanics, first level, and narrative hook. This is where we test if the idea actually feels good.

  • 4. Playtesting & Feedback

We invite external players to experience the prototype. Their reactions guide our next iteration—what works, what confuses, what delights.

  • 5. Iteration & Polish

Based on feedback, we refine mechanics, adjust pacing, deepen narrative, and expand scope. This cycle repeats until we hit our vision.

  • Game level design map and workflow diagram

    Playtesting Tips

    • Record player sessions (video + audio) when possible
    • Watch for silent moments—hesitation often reveals confusion
    • Ask open questions, not leading ones
    • Test with players outside your team

    Timeline Expectations

Prototype to playable: 6–12 weeks. Full production: 6–18 months depending on scope. We prioritize quality over speed.

    Asset Formats & Feedback

We accept: Unity/Unreal projects, Godot, custom engines. Feedback turnaround: 3–5 business days on submitted builds.
